I'm tired of being tired!

The root cause of your relationship with food usually lies within habits, beliefs and patterns that you subconsciously developed in childhood.  When we address this, we can target the part that engages in unhealthy behavior, and finally put it to bed.

What will I experience?

In this six session intensive, you can expect to rip the band-aid off and deep dive into your subconscious to explore your triggers and blockages regarding your relationship to food as you become more mindful, lose weight, develop better habits and a healthy outlook on life.

Intake + Health Coaching Plan

As we begin to develop our program, which is unique and tailored to you, we will figure out what type of triggers you have, your cravings, and outline an action plan around food to begin incorporating new habits.  We will also set your goals and intentions here and figure out where you want to be by the end of the program.  I will then write and provide you with a customized meditation you can keep forever.

Rapid Transformational Therapy™

Using the powerful modality of Rapid Transformational Therapy™, we will begin our dive into your subconscious and condition your mind to working together.  Using what we have from the first session, we will start to implant those goals and rewrite your relationship with food.  You'll be provided with a recording to listen to for 21 days, which will reinforce everything we've done in this session.

Removing Blocks

Here, we will reconnect and go over any changes you've experienced since the last session.  We will make note of this and begin parts work, a powerful hypnotic technique that will enable you to speak to the part of yourself that is engaging in problematic behavior, and remove and reprogram those blockages that are getting in the way of your goal.

Regression

We will now take you back to the cause of your behaviors and the reason behind your relationship with food.  This is an intense session that will take the work from sessions 2 & 3 and bring us deep within your past, healing any old wounds that became subconscious triggers for your limiting beliefs and behaviors.

Breath Work

Breathing is our life force, and with hypnotic breath work, we are resetting the energy within our bodies.  We will do cycles of breath work to remove any remaining blockages left that have not already been cleared, making space for healing, transformation and long-lasting change to realize your goals.

Transformation

By the time we reach our last session, we will discuss any lingering issues, if any, and engage in a powerful transformative hypnotic process to cement everything in and make sure you leave this intensive feeling completely transformed, unstuck, at peace and with a new lease on life.

You will receive:

  • A customized meditation that is only for you, to listen to forever and revisit whenever you'd like.

  • A customized nutrition plan to help you incorporate healthier options into your diet.

  • A transformational recording to listen to for 21 days to consistently reinforce the work we've done after each session.
