In this six session intensive, prepare to embark on a transformative journey where we peel back the layers and delve deep into your subconscious. Together, we'll unravel the roots of extremist ideologies, exploring triggers and barriers that have shaped your relationship with radical beliefs as you become more mindful and at peace.
What does the intensive look like?

Intake
As we begin to develop our program, which is unique and tailored to you, we'll embark on a journey to explore the roots of your extremist beliefs. We'll identify the triggers that fuel these ideologies and uncover the underlying thought patterns that sustain them. Together, we'll outline a transformative action plan aimed at challenging and reframing these beliefs, fostering healing and growth. By setting clear goals and intentions, we'll navigate the path towards liberation from extremist ideologies, paving the way for a more balanced and harmonious worldview. We will also set your goals and intentions here and figure out where you want to be by the end of the program. I will then write and provide you with a customized meditation you can keep forever.

Rapid Transformational Therapy™
Using the powerful modality of Rapid Transformational Therapy™, we will begin our dive into your subconscious and condition your mind to working together. Using what we have from the first session, we will begin the journey of rewriting your relationship with extremist beliefs. Through targeted interventions and personalized strategies, we'll work to implant new goals and reshape your mindset, fostering healing and transformation. Together, we'll navigate the process of dismantling harmful ideologies and cultivating a more balanced and compassionate worldview. You'll be provided with a recording to listen to for 21 days, which will reinforce everything we've done in this session.

Here, we will reconnect and go over any changes you've experienced since the last session. We will discuss and reflect on any shifts or developments in your extremist beliefs since our last meeting. We'll take note of these changes and delve into parts work, a potent hypnotic method. Through parts work, you'll engage with the aspects of yourself that uphold problematic ideologies, allowing us to dismantle and reprogram any barriers hindering your progress towards healing and transformation.

We will now delve deep into the origins of your extremist beliefs and the underlying reasons for your behaviors. This intensive session builds upon the groundwork laid in sessions 2 and 3, guiding us into the depths of your past experiences. Here, we'll address and heal old wounds that have become subconscious triggers for your limiting beliefs and behaviors, paving the way for profound transformation and liberation from extremist ideologies.

In this session, we harness the power of breath as our life force to address extremist beliefs through hypnotic breath work. Through guided cycles of breath work, we'll focus on resetting the energy within your body, removing any lingering blockages associated with extremist ideologies. This process creates space for profound healing, transformation, and enduring change, empowering you to realize your goals and embrace a more balanced and harmonious worldview.

As we approach our final session, we'll address any remaining challenges associated with extremist beliefs, ensuring thorough resolution. Through a potent and transformative hypnotic process, we'll solidify the insights and changes made throughout our sessions, ensuring that you emerge from this intensive experience feeling completely transformed, liberated from old patterns, and empowered to embrace a newfound sense of peace and purpose in life.
