Therapy that blends advanced mind-body training, depth-oriented exploration, and evidence-based trauma work. My approach is shaped by clinical experience and current doctoral-level study in Mind-Body Medicine, allowing you to experience healing that is grounded, intentional, and deeply supportive.

A Personalized & Integrative

Approach to Healing

I believe that people heal through awareness, connection, and a compassionate relationship with the inner world. I see therapy as a collaborative process that honors both the mind and the body. Healing is not linear, and it is not limited to symptom reduction. It involves understanding the layers of your experience, integrating your strengths, and supporting the parts of you that have carried pain or uncertainty.

My philosophy is shaped by my clinical training and by my current doctoral studies in Mind-Body Medicine. This work emphasizes the relationship between psychological well-being, the nervous system, and the deeper aspects of identity and meaning. This allows me to approach therapy through a lens that is both scientific and deeply human. I pay attention to the patterns beneath the surface, the symbolic themes that emerge, and the internal dynamics that influence how you feel and respond to life.

I believe that every person carries the capacity for growth. My role is to help you access that capacity in a way that feels safe, grounded, and aligned with your goals. You do not need to know where to begin. We start wherever you are, and together we uncover the path forward.

My Philosophy

My work is influenced by depth psychology, which understands that healing often unfolds beneath conscious awareness. I pay attention to the inner world, including the symbols, themes, and emotional patterns that hold meaning for you. These elements often reflect the deeper structure of your experience and can provide powerful insight into the parts of yourself that may feel unseen or unheard.

Through this lens, therapy becomes more than problem-solving. It becomes a space where you can explore identity, intuition, dreams, imagery, and internal dynamics in a grounded and clinically informed way. This helps you understand the roots of your patterns rather than only the symptoms, and it supports long-term, meaningful change.

Depth-oriented work is a gentle and intentional process. It encourages self-awareness, emotional insight, and a stronger relationship with your inner world. It invites you to connect with the parts of yourself that are ready for growth, clarity, and transformation.

A Depth-Oriented Lens

My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed understanding of the nervous system. I pay close attention to how stress, overwhelm, and past experiences shape your internal world. This helps create a foundation of safety, which is essential for meaningful therapeutic work. When the nervous system feels supported, you can explore your experiences with greater clarity and emotional stability.

EMDR is a central part of my therapeutic framework. It allows us to work with the brain’s natural capacity to process and integrate difficult memories. EMDR helps shift the patterns that keep you stuck, and it does so in a way that respects your pace, your boundaries, and your ability to remain grounded during the work. This process supports both emotional regulation and deep internal healing.

I also integrate mind-body practices that help restore balance and strengthen self-awareness. This may include breathwork, grounding techniques, sensory awareness, or guided imagery to support calm and stability. These practices help you reconnect with your body and increase your capacity to handle stress, which is essential for long-term well-being and recovery.

Trauma-Informed Mind-Body Work

My work blends evidence-based therapy with mind-body practices to create a holistic and personalized experience. This approach allows us to address emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and deeper layers of meaning at the same time. Every client is different, so the integration shifts organically based on what supports your growth and stability in each moment.

EMDR is often a core component of this work. It provides a structured and effective way to process memories and beliefs that continue to influence how you feel and respond. I integrate EMDR in a way that is grounded, attuned, and aligned with your readiness, allowing the process to feel safe and manageable.

Hypnotherapy adds a gentle and focused way to explore the subconscious mind. Through guided imagery and relaxed awareness, we work with the internal patterns that can shape emotions, habits, and self-perception. This modality is especially helpful when insight alone is not enough to shift automatic responses.

I also draw from somatic awareness and mindfulness-based practices. These tools help you reconnect with your body, increase emotional regulation, and develop a stronger sense of internal stability. They support calm, presence, and nervous system balance, which are essential for meaningful therapeutic work.

When appropriate, I integrate parts work and a depth-oriented perspective. This allows us to explore internal dynamics, symbolic themes, and the protective roles that different parts of you have learned to carry. These approaches support compassion, understanding, and a more unified relationship with your inner world.

Integrative Modalities

The Layers of Harmony® Approach is my integrative framework for healing and personal transformation. It brings together mind-body medicine, depth-oriented psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful change across every level of your experience. This approach reflects both my clinical background and my doctoral work in Integrative Mind-Body Medicine (MBM).

The first layer focuses on clarity. We begin by understanding your patterns, needs, and emotional landscape. This includes exploring your nervous system responses, internal dynamics, and the themes that have shaped your sense of self. Clarity creates a foundation for awareness and helps you understand where your healing is ready to begin.

The second layer supports integration. This is where EMDR, hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, and other evidence-based modalities come together. Integration helps you process experiences, shift limiting beliefs, and develop healthier internal responses. It allows the mind and body to communicate in a more balanced and supportive way.

The third layer fosters alignment. As you gain insight and begin to shift internal patterns, we work toward aligning your choices, boundaries, and relationships with your authentic self. This layer strengthens confidence, self-trust, and the ability to move through life with greater intention and emotional clarity.

The final layer encourages embodiment. Healing becomes sustainable when it is lived, felt, and expressed in daily life. This layer focuses on grounding your progress so you can experience more stability, resilience, and ease. Embodiment brings together the mind, body, and inner world in a way that supports long-term growth and well-being.

The Layers of Harmony® Approach reflects my belief that healing is multidimensional. When we honor each layer with care and intention, therapy becomes a powerful and transformative experience that supports your deepest personal growth.
