As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN), I bring a holistic perspective to the counseling process. Health coaching helps you explore the connection between food, lifestyle, and mental health, guiding you to make choices that support balance, energy, and emotional resilience. This service is included with all counseling sessions if desired, allowing you to integrate practical, sustainable habits alongside therapeutic work. Together, we’ll uncover what’s working, release what isn’t, and create aligned practices that nurture the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
