Getting Started
Fees and Policies

Individual therapy sessions are $120 per hour. Meditation groups are $20 per class. SMART Recovery is free to attend.

No. I am a private pay provider. If your insurance offers out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide a superbill upon request.

I accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is collected securely at the time of service.

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice are billed at the full session rate.

EMDR & Hypnotherapy

No. EMDR is offered when it is clinically appropriate and only with your full consent.

Most people are, but readiness is assessed carefully. We will take time to build safety, stability, and internal resources before beginning EMDR.

Hypnotherapy is a natural state of focused awareness that most people can access. Sessions are adjusted to your comfort and level of responsiveness.

Hypnotherapy is available upon request or when it is clinically appropriate. It is not required and is integrated thoughtfully.

Yes. Both the meditation group and SMART Recovery are open to the community.

SMART Recovery is a free, science-based support group focused on building skills, managing urges, and strengthening long-term sobriety.
