Holistic Healing
for The Mind, Body & Soul
A grounded approach that integrates emotional health, nervous system balance, and energetic alignment.
Holistic healing in this practice is an integrative approach that supports your emotional, physical, and energetic well-being. Many clients understand that therapy is only one part of the healing process. The body, the nervous system, and the deeper layers of the self all carry their own stories and signals. Holistic work creates space for these systems to reconnect and work together.
This approach is steady, intentional, and grounded. It is not about quick fixes or spiritual bypassing. Instead, it invites you to explore the patterns, beliefs, and sensations held in the body and understand how they influence your emotional world. When these layers are addressed together, clients often experience a greater sense of clarity, stability, and inner alignment.
Holistic healing is offered as a complement to therapy, not a replacement. Each modality supports the deeper therapeutic process by helping regulate your system, deepen insight, and strengthen your connection with yourself.
What Holistic Healing Means Here
The mind and body are deeply connected, and healing is most effective when both are supported. Emotional pain often shows up physically through tension, fatigue, restlessness, or shutdown. Likewise, chronic stress affects mood, resilience, and emotional balance. Addressing both levels allows for a more complete and sustainable path to healing.
Holistic work supports the nervous system and helps the body process what the mind is exploring in therapy.Practices like grounding, breathwork, energy work, and mindful awareness help clients feel more regulated and present. This creates a stronger foundation for EMDR, insight-oriented work, and long-term transformation.
By integrating mind, body, and inner experience, clients often feel more centered, more connected, and more capable of navigating life with clarity and intention.
Why Holistic Healing Supports Mental Health
Health coaching is offered as a supportive add-on for clients who want to strengthen the physical and lifestyle foundations of their emotional well-being. As an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach (INHC), I help clients develop habits and routines that support clarity, energy, and overall stability. Nutrition, sleep, stress patterns, and daily rhythms all influence how you feel and how your nervous system responds.
This work is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. We look at the choices that nourish you and the patterns that may be creating imbalance. You receive structure and support without rigidity, pressure, or perfectionism.
Health coaching is optional and always integrated thoughtfully into therapy when appropriate. It can create a stronger foundation for deeper emotional healing and long-term change.

Reiki is offered as a calm, restorative complement to your therapeutic work. As a Reiki Master, I provide energetic support that helps settle the nervous system, release tension, and create a sense of inner spaciousness. Clients often find Reiki deeply grounding during stressful periods or after emotionally meaningful sessions.
Sessions are quiet, gentle, and designed to help your system reset. Reiki can support emotional release, integration, and increased clarity. It is especially helpful when used alongside depth-oriented therapy or as preparation for EMDR.
Reiki is available only to current therapy clients. It is not a standalone service but a supportive offering that enhances the healing process.

Meditation is offered as a supportive practice to help you connect more deeply with your internal world. As a SeeD Certified Meditation Teacher, I guide clients through practices that support emotional regulation, grounding, and a calmer nervous system. Meditation can help ease anxiety, increase presence, and create more internal space during challenging moments.
Meditation can be woven into individual therapy sessions when appropriate. It may be used to center before EMDR, ground after emotional work, or support reconnection with parts of yourself that feel distant or overwhelmed.
A weekly meditation group is also available for clients who want consistent practice. Each session includes discussion, guided meditation, and time for reflection. It provides community, structure, and a steady place to deepen your personal practice.
